Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Veerbhadra Temple in Lepakshi, Andhra Pradesh on January 16. He offered prayers and performed Aarti at the temple. PM Modi was seen chanting ‘Shri Ram Jai Ram’ bhajan as he immersed in devotion. He also listened to the verses from the Ranganatha Ramayan in ‘Telugu’. Notably, Lepakshi is the place where ‘Jatayu’ fell after having been grievously injured by Ravan.
