These are NOT real mushrooms, they are mushroom shaped buns stuffed with red bean fillings! I've had so much fun making these cutie buns. Hope you'd like to have a try!

Ingredients: (yield: 10 buns)
Dough:
all purpose flour 320 g
1 Tbsp granulated sugar 15 g
1 tsp active dry yeast 3 g
2/3 cup lukewarm water 180 ml
Cacao batter:
2 Tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp water
Filling:
homemade red bean paste 300-350 g

配料：（可做10个豆包）
面团：
普通面粉 320 克
1汤匙砂糖 15克
1小勺酵母粉 3克
2/3杯温水 180 毫升
可可糊：
2汤匙可可粉
2汤匙水
馅料：
自制红豆馅 300-350 克
