DA rules deadly officer-involved shooting justified

A deadly officer-involved shooting involving the Pineville Police Department and a Food Lion shoplifting suspect has been deemed justified following a joint investigation by the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office and CMPD, both departments announced on Tuesday.
