DJ HookMastez truly
Dedicated, yes.
I literally watched all your other sends, bus, and aux video right before you uploaded this one. Thanks for all of your help, man! Your mixing skills are next level.
🙏
When you said "You're just using a bunch of reverb all over your actual channel instead of sending it..." 👀💀 You literally just transformed my entire workflow - I can't believe how much I was doing. 🙏🏾
😁🙌
Amazingly useful, still relevant in 2020. I keep coming back to see what i forget
:)
I had to watch your aux, busses, and sends videos a lot to fully get it. Last week I finally understood this and it really does help man!
Cool, I will do the same kanye.. sounds like it worked for u...I'm u before your comment 2 years ago. But I'm gonna learn it
@@SunilMungur still applies till this day. Go for it!
Really dig your channel. I'm a producer myself, but trained as an mix engineer. Your thought process to recording and mixing while you go is right in line to how I think. I was using Logic Pro X before but switched to Studio One 3 and Ableton Live. Seeing you work within Logic made me realize how efficient I was with Logic. Excellent content.
This video was a God send. I've been using aux tracks totally wrong. Learning so much from this channel!
Great, Thank you!
Hell yea! thanks bro... Been trying to figure this out for the longest and visually seeing it while you explained really helped.
Thanks bro, makes sense, I've been doing everything through the send busses... well time to change that. Thank you mate!!!
You've assisted me so much. Thank you!
Glad it’s been helpful John!
This is best explanation of Aux, Busses and Sends that I've seen. Thanks so much for posting this. I'm new to recording and haven't yet jumped into this aspect, but am eager to get my music recorded so I can add effects this way. Great "lesson"!
glad to hear it helped Lisa! Let us know how everything is going once you start recording 🙌

By far the best video on this that I’ve seen. I’m switching to logic when my new MacBook comes so I been stressing about learning how everything works in logic in the case of bus and sends and aux tracks. This just saved my anxiety thank you

Yes. He helped me alot. Because I have Logic and I'm coming from FL. I've been on FL since 2007. A long ass time and these are 2 completely different programs. But Sean has made the transition so much easier now.
Thanks Sean>>>

Awesome thank you!
very nice video, recap on the aux sends video
Helped me out a ton!!! Thank you for this!!
Do you have a video of how you handle the actual mix along with busses and sends?
Wow Sean we MusicLuv how you break things down in such a simplistic way that even I can get to it :-) Keep Doin Whacha Do! The why is so important and that's what YOU hit on so well. The SC.
appreciate you SC!
This got me rethinking life....just bought a whole new computer because of something so simple....Education is the elephant in the room...Never sleep
mixing workflow tips asmr
You are a hero, Sean! Thanks and greetings from Russia :)
thanks Markus 🙏
How you doing Sean….
I know about this. But watched it anyway. Because There may be something new to learn. Lol.
Sean you need to do a video for us we this tracks vocals. All the plugins used to get it so clean.
a great video man. And the track is fire. luv it.
London in the house.
🙌🤜
again dope man! I finally got it. What I still don't get is what groups are for... And what exactly can you do with the Automation button?
TPhill
Thanks a million
sure thing!
5:45 That what I want!
I‘m not clear on it, so I’m going to watch it now! 😛
Thanks bro.. was wondering what I was doing wrong. lol my dumb ass wasn't paying attention and using the bus instead of stereo out .
all good, glad it helped :)
this is a great video thank you so much for making this why don't you put auto tune in the bussed vocal chain though ?
🙏💯💯💯💯💯🔑 thx Mann 💯💯💯💯💯
sure thing!
Learned so much from you Sean. Thank you for putting these out. Question - why use an Aux for verse vocals instead of a summing track stack that you can do that same processing on top?
Hi - a very helpful upload! Would you mind to post the link for part 2 of this feature, thanks. A template/cheat sheet would be so appreciated for non Logic users!
Dude!!! That song is Why Oh Why, with Whatuprg... I did not you mixed that song!!! What a small world.
When you finally get it 🙌🏾🙌🏾😂😂
😁🙌
Thanks man. I think I began confusing these methods with parallel processing lol.
Can you do a video on how to use the Waves Morphoder Plugin to achieve a talk box sound?
I actually cannot believe I didn’t know this I feel like such an idiot after doing this for sooooo long I still mix on the channel n just copy n paste the channel strip but this makes work flow sooo much easier
🙌
