I love Serena but Henin was my favorite player ever. Her movement and her Backhand everything was so good . In my oppionion defenetly the most complete woman that evver played. What she did in RG 2003 though was not nice .. stil just watching her play makes me happy . To call her lucky beating Serena in all the Slam meetings that year is laughable . Henin at her very best could defenetly beat Serenas ass, and there are not many players who actually could do that.

So after 2010 when her serve was on , and she was in top physical shape I agree that she is very hard and close to impossible to beat. But at the end of the day the serena in 2007 and even before that , didnt have this serve and thus she wasnt as strong. This serena could be beaten by some players in top shape and Henin was one of them. RG 03 Serena was in top form and she still lost to henin in top form , it was a close match but the surface favored Henin.

Serena's no. 1 rival during her prime. And you tell serena was hard to beat . the power emanating from that racquet forcing you backwards was enough to intimidate most players.
Henin really attacked deep into the Williams forehand, Serena was bleeding a lot of errors from that wing! A bit like Andreescu did in 19'' final besides attacking Williams 2nd serve relentlessly.

Not really. Henin in at her absolute peak (February 2007-March 2008) held 12 titles and a 94% winning record only had a 3-2 h2h over Serena who had 1 title in the same period and a 78% record. For comparison, Serena has had 17 seasons with a better win %. In conclusion, Justine in her absolute peak had a 3-2 record against Serena in her 18th best year.

On the women’s side, Camilla Giorgi has consistently ranked inside the top 3 hardest hitting players on tour for years now (alongside Madison Keys and Lucie Hradecka), yet she is 1cm (less than half an inch) taller than Henin. Ashleigh Barty is another example of a player who can generate a lot of power on her serve and forehand despite being short and lacking muscle mass.
