Super Mario Bros Movie Brought to Life with EPIC 600 Drone Light Show!

It’s Mario Time! Sky Elements Drones made history again in Santa Monica California with the largest drone show ever performed in Los Angeles! 600 coordinated drones were used in this incredible event to celebrate the release of the new Super Mario Brothers Movie!
Flying above the iconic Santa Monica Pier, the massive drone show created animated Mario and Bowser displays as well as a warp tube, super mushroom and even the rainbow road from Mario Kart! This is the first time Mario has ever appeared in this fashion, even after 41 years of video game appearances!
Sky Elements Drones is redefining the future of entertainment with incredible, original and memorable moments in the air! You can catch the Super Mario Brothers Movie in theaters April 5th, 2023!

I was there in-person at Santa Monica and it was truly a spectacle to watch! The drone show was illuminated in the night so beautifully! Props to Universal, Nintendo and Sky Elements for putting such a wonderful scenery for us Mario fans!

I wonder if a version of this could be commercialized at some point for regular people to use. Maybe a box type thing somebody rents for a party. Top of the box is funnel shaped with grooves. 50 or so small rectangular drones covered with guards take off one by one from the box and land back into the box after the show using the funnel and grooves to position themselves correctly. Companion Mobile app allows for selecting different show options.
