Chinese companies are mainly property of the state and of the workers, which controls more than the 80/100 of the company in many cases.
China has an enormous population and that is why the government can't give everyone a free health or the best education (even though Chinese students are the best of the world) but for 2035 more than 1300000000 will have free healthcare, and that is an achievement that only communism can make.
