Is there any real strategy or mostly just luck to the Dive Game? Would whoever has the best vision (with the cellphone underneath) have the best chances of winning?

Hello Elle, winning at Dive is a combination of multiple things. Of course, if you are able to better see the elements, it will helps you. But the choices you made during the programmation can totally change the game. Catch the animals (thinking about your bets) is a real important thing to win. And even if you better see an animal, winning the bonus is not guaranteed. You have to choose between different strategy and take some risks sometimes... As this is an observation game, the person with the best perception of depth will be helped, but it is far from guaranteeing victory ;-)
