    basically, you can use your pants size and decrease it 1-2 sizes depend on your body type, your need (maybe more). Normally i wear the size 30 pants but i only wear the size 20 in TYR Avictor suit. I haven't tried an Arena suit yet, but i think i'll asap.

      Yes, that's correct. Sizing can vary depending on the swimmer's body type.

    w8 im confused it said that carbon air and carbon flex should be practice suit size, but ive had botha flex and a air and ive had them a few sizes lower for example my regular size suit is 30 but i where a size 26 carbon flex

      In the video, we say we recommend staying with your current team suit size for the Carbon Flex and either staying with your current team suit size or going down a size for more compression in the Carbon Air. Ideally, your "team" suit would be smaller than your "practice" suit. We are basing our recommendations off the smaller sized team suit. However, these are just recommendations. Every swimmer body is different and each person should swim in a tech suit size they feel is right.
