Hi Nick, I really appreciate you haven’t given up on YT. Your personality lights up my day 😊 I would like to know how do you rotate and store your bags and if you keep the boxes? Also I would appreciate some tips on where to get good quality bag organizers. Lots of love from the Netherlands!
That is so so kind thank you so much - the community on UA-cam is AMAZING 😍 So I buy mine on Amazon (brand called Ropch) but also recommend Handbag angels ☺️☺️ I don’t tend to keep packaging, my bags live out shelving and tend to have their dust bag and padding inside ☺️☺️
Hi Nick, thank you for this brilliant video.❤ I also prefer the Bayswater for my personal lifestyle. I own three heritage Bayswater bags and one regular Alexa too. I also love the zipped Bayswaters and Medium Lily bags. 😁
Your video was really interesting and informative, and your bags are amazing! I live in the USA and had never seen a Mulberry bag in person, but I loved the pictures I had seen. I just recently purchased a preloved Bayswater and a preloved Alexa, and I love them both. I was told that the Bayswater was from the early 2000's and it is still a stunning bag in beautiful condition except for a broken latch. I knew that when I bought it, and it really doesn't detract from the bag's functionality. The Alexa is one of the originals and, again, it is in amazing condition. I'm so glad that I bought them.
Really helpful! I was thinking Alexa, but I don't like difficulty getting into the bag, so it probably won't work for me. I like simplicity of access. I'll have another look at Bayswater! Thanks!
I find it a bit fiddly - but would totally recommend watching any of Steph or Deb’s videos on the Alexa as they use theirs more than I use mine and are very complimentary !!
@@nickjsne Thanks, I do watch Steph and I love how the Alexa looks, but I will try on both and as I said, I may prefer the Bayswater if I find it easier to navigate.
I'm a huge bayswater fan and got a green mock croc preloved from Armcandy, which, adding on postage to New Zealand, was astronomical cost. But I love her.
Hi Nick - love your bags! I have a question- one day I hope to purchase the Mulberry small Iris - I love how wide it opens up and how spacious it is. Why doesn’t anyone really talk about this bag ??
So … my thoughts on why the Iris is not as frequently seen as the other Mulberry styles is that due to its shape and handle it’s neither the perfect top handle nor the most comfortable cross body (IMO). I have tried one a few times and found it a little bulky and awkward so would always pick up a Bayswater which is probably the bag it’s most comparable too in the larger sizes. In the smaller sizes I think a really cute style like the Millie would be a better option ☺️☺️ hope that helps !!
Oh that’s a really lovely bag - the satchel is quite similar in terms of size now and also has the strap ! Super cute and can transition from day to evening so we’ll 😍
Hey Nick…😊 👋🏽 Will you be heading over to the Longchamp Regent Street store for the launch of Longchamp x Toiletpaper on July 12th? I’m bummed there’s nothing offered in the medium top handle size, but I really want to see what the keychains look like.
I was actually deciding between these two in-store (in the mini sizes) and went with the mini Bayswater! I adore both of them, but just loved the Bayswater more 🥰 I worried I would find the Alexa annoying to get in and out of!
The smaller Bayswater’s are great as I think they come with shoulder straps. That’s the main complaint people have about the classic larger size of the bayswater is it’s top handle / tight shoulder only ! Hope you are loving your purchase ☺️☺️
I would love to see a regular Heritage Bayswater (not small bayswater satchel and not the zipped bayswater) with crossbody strap. That would be my unicorn. I wish they’d make that. Then you can do more than arm carry it…. I don’t use my Bayswater’s as often because of that.
If you were prepared to keep the bag and were not looking to sell it into the future you could always add D rings - the shape of the bag could let you do that comfortably but would be a quite a big customisation. I do wander if they ever do it !!
I’ve always been curious why you don’t like wearing a crossbody more. I think you rock them quite well without compromising your style. Do you think there’s an interesting answer in there?

What a great comparison!
Really pleased that you enjoyed ☺️

Beautiful bags aren’t they 😍 Mulberry know how to make a fabulous item that can stand the test of time !
Both beautiful bags and great review 😊💕
Great video, Nick! I appreciate the deep dive on the pros and cons of each style.
Hope it was useful as a comparison ☺️☺️

So pleased you are loving them ! They are fabulous bag styles 😃😃
Cool deet re the name of the Alexa (and Del Ray). I had no idea. Another great vid, Nick. So love that suit on you.

I don’t have a Bayswater but I do own the Ledbury so it’s a baby version. I love my Alexa but the Lebdbury has my heart. ❤

I won’t … but my SA has very kindly given me a heads up on some items that I may like so I will consider picking up a few pieces ☺️☺️
I like them both but I think I like the Alexa better.
The Alexa is definitely the preference of a lot of people - can 100% see why ! Feel very fortunate to have both ☺️☺️

I’ll answer that as part of a video ☺️☺️
