  • These daily therapy exercises are ideal to improve mobility and strength in hand, wrists and fingers as well as providing much needed pain relief from arthritis. They can be performed sat at any table and require only 10 minutes a day, just follow the number of repetitions as instructed. They are a very simple solution to reduce pain and aching in hand arthritis. Please consult with your hand therapist or occupational therapist to ensure suitability for your particular condition.
