If you just need jet info its in the description. This is a base tune so it may require some fine tuning for your specific engine but it will get you up and running. If you need to know how to swap jets in this carb we cover that in the beginning. If you are wondering what needs to happen to run it on a Ford 200 I cover that at the end. Hope this helps you guys with classic American 6 cylinders.
Your 32/36 is a staggered type. The secondary butterfly opens at 60% throttle. So you shouldn't use the silver acceleration squirter for both sides! It's just pooling up on the secondary butterfly and giving you a very rich situation as soon as you go past 60% throttle. You can adapt the 32/36 with the 38/38 gear linkage so they open at the same time.
Sir, The 32/36 is a progressive carb, I played a lot with mine when I was your age, I upgraded my Solex single barrel to the 32 weber on my Renault, First out I can tell you you should never have your power squirter /pump jet spraying in both barrels simultaneously unless it’s a single stage 38 DGAS it was setup perfectly out of the factory to spray only one barrel, That is the reason, that carb will now always bog due to overfueling , Fun fact, ask me how I know 🤭
So cool to see another video on like a deeper dive on the process! I was sad thinking i would only see another video for another month...But you did the oposite, loving this new phase of the channel
Nice job! Great video going over all of the important bits. I put a Webber on my old hot rod BMW and like you said, it was just better. I’m putting on my Mustang I6 now too. I’m going with a 38/38, so a bigger carb but really similar, looks about the same and has the same considerations.
Can’t beat a Weber when it come to carb for smaller engines. Another good tipis to use a wide band to accurately ensure the jet sizes are correct. Great to see content from Built 👍
I had an 89 mighty max with thr 2.6 and mikuni electronic carb. The 3236 was a simpler and cheaper option than trying to deal with all the California emissions on the factory set up. I was able to use the factory o2 bung in the manifold for a wide band setup and it made tuning an absolute pleasure. Should have never sold that truck.
The displacement is big, but the head flows nothing. So it should be plenty big. We unfortunately didn’t get the good head like the Australians and South American folks did.
Im watching only because i miss my built fix were u at kaleb hope all is well but bro u were buying Porsches and getting a new garage al was good except the sound then u fell off the earth i know u never got rid of mercedes but can u let us know at least ur ok were ur fans bro

Love the "gravel" down in the manifold dips next to the rocker cover. Love your work. Billy J... Queensland, Australia.
Two videos in a week!! Yes!
I'm at high altitude close to 5000 above sea level. I had to make idle air jets bigger and fuel jets smaller on my datsun 620.

Loving to see you upload again!
Clifford makes single and dual Webber manifolds for most straight six engines.
Bro I’m so happy to see you back!!!! Can’t wait to hear about y’all’s move and more life plans, keep up the good work!
Glad to see more videos after the “this is why I quit” video came out.

Webber Carbies are factory fitted to the Australian Ford Falcon XE - XF 4.1 ltr (250cc) produced by Ford Australia from 1982- 1993.
You working on this car is great. I have a ‘66 with the 200, gives me a lot of useful information

Some of these were put on 1.6L's from the factory. Why not put 2 on a 3.3L and fix the crappy fuel distribution issue these intakes are notorious for?

Your fuel filter is the wrong side around . Love the Mustang Build video BTW. Good to see you back .
I need to have this weber carburetor on my I six 200 ci within a month from now. Thanks for the education.
Really loving the new content and having more BUILT videos!!
Glad to see ya back..car looks amazing

Great to see you again!
Nice. I have this carb on my 62 triumph TR4 with toyota 2tc engine.
If you can get your hands on one try a 38 dgas weber superb carb.
Hi K!
Here by us we’re using a 38DGAS on the 3L V6 fords byw it’s factory fitted , so maybe it should be sufficient on a straight 6
Wow. have not played with one in years.
I didn't barely understand any of this but of course I'm going to watch a video you upload lol
Very informative bro
Idk if it matters but you have a black follower bro 🤙🏾

I haven't got half of a clue or interest in carbs, but just liking and commenting for the algorithm
Cool.Thanks!
I have a L28 engine what is the jetting size for it
I've herd Webber carbs are great.

Put a MC 2150 on that Jeep instead. Trust me.
I have a slightly used genuine Weber 32/36 for sale if you're interested.
Once you get that old girl purring it'll be worth 20K!
