Happy Friday! Remember to stay hydrated :)
What are you all up to this weekend?
Probably looking at cool builds on Andea, working on my own builds, and playing some skyrim.
Sounds like a great time!
gettin absolutely smack drunk
@@natifv Stay safe! Drink water too!
@Sophia DiGenova That's so great to hear! Have fun :)
You are one of the most underrated Minecraft UA-camrs I the world.
Thanks so much! I can’t do it without you all 💛
bruh facts
So true should be at 500k Subs atleast
100% even more so than Darman68
@@Alpine1 another thing is that your voice is so calming and relaxing. You really do sound like a professional. And you are!
this man needs more subscribers because I cannot stand his beautiful buildings not having more eyes on them
Awh thanks! Maybe soon 👀

Best sponsor segment EVER
That’s awesome to hear, I was pretty clueless when brainstorming lol
Too bad MVMT as a product isn’t that great. While they’re stylish, they really don’t have the quality they should for their price compared to other brands. I’m glad you enjoy your MVMT watch though, Alpine!
Honestly, your videos teach me more about Minecraft building than any youtuber.
I’m super happy to hear that! That’s my goal :)
yes, exactly all your videos have inspired me so much to try to build larger builds of my own.
ah yes, our favourite canadian animal, Moose™.
That's racist! Meese are registered Citizens with rights, too.😤

Matt, you're my absolute favorite youtuber, you've inspired me to start my own city, and I learn so much every time I watch one of your videos. Keep up the good work, your channel truly is a gem
That makes me so happy to hear! My goal is to help inspire and hopefully share a bit of knowledge along the way :)
His titles and videos are starting to increase in chaos
You also teach more architecture than my teacher, you're awesome man. I love how you relate, and your building.
Using minecraft as a visual tool to export architectural designs and ideas just like me, keep it up really enjoyed the transition from notepad and pen into minecraft
It’s a lot of fun! I would love to see Minecraft or a similar first person program used for initial architectural concepts in the real world
@@Alpine1 You mentioned real world design use of Minecraft. *Grian* had designed part of their back yard in Minecraft, and thought to share it with the crew or designer who'd implement the changes physically. So they were able to actually work that in and make it all translate decently. In case you're curious, that video of Grian's is from 09 August 2020, presently titled _"I used Minecraft to design my Real Life Garden,"_ and is fifteen minutes long with footage of the end result at the time.
Hey, I was building a city of my own and i realized that the city blocks were all pretty flat, and without elevation changes they wouldn’t look that appealing. I would really appreciate a video showing how to incorporate elevation changes into builds and/or how to decorate city blocks so they’re not bland. Your videos have been a great help!
Dude I am surprised that your Channel is way underrated, it's awesome the job you're doing open minds and extends them into a further creativity. Thank God we have people like you! Cheers mate
congrats you did it!
Title: Help! I accidentally built a Minecraft mid-rise!
Me: I take it that you built without a staircase, and don't know how to get down?
Waiting for this for two weeks, totally worth it
I have been binge watching your channel the past few days- your one of my new favourites!!
It still confuses me on how to put a building right next to another without having a 1 block space left. How does that work?
It’s a little tricky, basically you plan the inside rooms so that you don’t have too many that don’t have windows. Or make it a big room like a gym
An example of a similar concept is townhouses!
Hey! I'm curious about how you keep a consistent scale throughout your buildings in the city, especially since you're creating realistic buildings. A video on that would be really helpful!
"If you have low rises that immediately jump up to high rises it looks weird and oddly dystopian"
*Gestures at American zoning*
tbh i just plan buildings based on my road grids or terrain makes a interesting challenge yet also can make buildings more custom & unique
Absolutely awesome content. You are an underrated creator, and also very talented and professional. My only critique is that there are a lot of moving shots, and after watching a lot of your videos, I became slightly motion sick. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for the feedback!
Thank you for a concise and well laid out building planning and guide! These tips will help greatly for my next world!
Nice Job! As always, your delivery is unsurpassed! Fast-paced and never boring! Building looked awesome!
You have an incredibly cool channel, as both a Minecraft player and an architecture student I really appreciate your video style. Keep up the good work!
Your videos are amazing I am interested in the content you make and you make it very easy to understand, fun and interesting all at the same time this video you really helped me on my builds, great job!
Great work man, Love watching your tutorials. If at all possible a tutorial on how you go about building highway interchanges to cap off on your previous two videos regarding road infrastructure.
that crane is a SUPER nice touch!
Thanks! I made it a while ago and I like to add it around the city on unfinished builds and then I just remove it afterwards
Thx for the inspiration you give me every vid!! 👍
Criminally underrated channel
Hey there, in Singapore there is actually a very quick switch from low rise to high rise and in my opinion it does not look that bad.
You can find it in the finance district of singapore next to the river.
Yeah it’s a bit different when you’re tight on land area, that gets a pass. I actually love Singapore, I really want to visit
Your videos are so well put together and are amazing resources for building in this style. I’d love to see a video for some building tricks using the server resource pack, but I’ll instantly click on anything you post.
Vid is great,good job matt👏👏
Amazing video as usual! Also, that was a very nice segue into the sponsor segment lol
These types of videos are much better than any mainstream Minecraft tutorial because here, you get to learn how to build your own building instead of copying someones else's build. Great job. GOAT
Homeboy got a sponsor! So proud 🥲
Indeed! I left an Instagram comment on a post about 6 months ago and their team found it a couple weeks ago haha
I love these videos and actually look forward to finishing them
I’m so glad to hear that! I’ve been putting a lot of effort into the recent ones :)
I love these videos!!
Love your work bro
Thank you for teaching me Urban planning and Minecraft building.
You're the best Alpine!
Always happy to help! :)
Because I found you, I am confident to start my city, he teaches me more than anyone, if anyone isn’t subscribed do it! He looks after us so let’s look after him
Thanks for the support! It means a lot :)
You've got some awesome content man, I know where I'm spending my day
The best channel ever, deeply appreciate all the work you put into this 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks alpine, this video helped me build better buildings in my city. thanks alot!
you deserve so much more attention dude, love your stuff
Watching you build just gives me that little kid tingle saying I need to play hide and seek there. Love your work!
Haha! I saw the plans of the building before the video was released! Lol great work :)
Thanks!
Awesome video, when will the interior video come out?
You always helped❤️
for added realism in your cities you can add that one very tiny one floor bungalow in the middle of the downtown area, owned specifically by an old couple that refuses to sell to the increasing offers from builders and landscapers :)
There should be more views on this channel, this is really fascinating to see the process behind building realistic buildings in this block game
I told you to take as much time as you need and it came out amazing!
🙌🙌🙌
I love your vids keep up the good work :)
Ur content is different to every body else's, Inna good way, in an amazing way
Thanks so much! :)
That's hypnotizing!
I love your videos and I hope you upload a video about how to build traditional skyscrapers
Congrats on getting a sponsor! Now we just wait for 50k subs!
I can totally see the insipiration from Vancouver in your builds, after having lived there for a couple of years
Even the place he sketches the midrise house looks beautiful! You've inspried me to build my very own city in minecraft. Thank you for the quality content :D
-A Random Subscriber-
1:34 I just went there not too long ago! If you ever visit I would highly recommend going to JOEY, their food is amazing.
Wahey he's got a sponsorship! The amount of thought you put into your builds is amazing - the buildings and the server in general feel very real. Great video bro :)
Thanks so much!
Nice to see you back.
Usually midrises have a back alley between them where vehicles can park to deliver cargo!
I like the absolutely massive donut-building in the background at 9:12. Great build, btw.
ty man - trying to finish that thing asap :D
Amazing build
I like what you do and you deserve more subs, what minecraft do you play or what mode do you use ?
You are inspiring me to Build my own city! THANK YOU!
I never thought one could make a minecraft city so realistic great work the city looks insane
this helps alot, as i need help on trying to explain how a victorian townhouse is beside a giant modern skyscraper divided by a river, mid rise building should do some work to try and transition the high and low buildings
I will never understand how you don't have more subs, you're amazing!!!
that crane looks really nice, could we have a video on cranes or construction sites in general?
Wow a relatively new channel that actually discusses aesthetics in Minecraft.
You are on another level of minecraft
This video is so cool, could you make a video showing how to make city transportation like buses, monorails, taxis, and trains
Man I love this channel
I love your vids and I have posted a few cities based on your design
Amazing Texture and graphics
Dude, that new intro is just kicking my butt. SO GOOD!
awsome vid!!
(VIDEO REQUEST) Can you please make a detail video on how you planned this city and what you first started on when building the city, also how you designed the map. and love your videos so much! So helpful and beneficial
I AM SO GOING TO BY ONE OF YOUR WATCHES FOR CHRISTMAS :D AND I LOVED YOUR VIDEO ABOUT MID-RISE :)
Hey im building an experimental 250 block tall building! It's just for fun and I've watched your video on how to build a skyscraper in just 5 minutes... It really helped me to build it and it also serves as a motivation since this will be quite hard since im using bedrock lol thank god there is a /fill command
Ah yes, the Rockies. Welcome to my part of Canada!
You should be in hermitcraft ,as your building skills are awesome!
using minecraft to demonstrate real world architecture is one the most interesting things to me
Great advices on this video make it sugoi
Yes
Im waiting to see how you make interiors, im really bad at them. Also could you make yacht or something at the marina
your smart i’m subbing.
Love from India bro💐🥂
Big fan
I would love to see what you could create in default Minecraft. I'm positive it would be epic.
I will brag about being here in this stage of your carrier cus ur defiantly gonna blow up
your ad spot was well done.
Thanks! First time making an ad haha
Best Minecraft UA-camr no 🧢
Thanks man 🙌🙌
Oh, okay. Those are some interesting building techniques. Seems a mod of some sort is in play, but a bunch of this can be applied to vanilla minecraft...
Worth the wait G
Thanks Jesus
@@Alpine1 no problem G
can you do a tutorial on how to build construction site stuff, like scaffolding, cranes (maybe even vehicles as well,) and just buildings which are under construction!
I would love to see a tour of the inside.
yay i'm glad i caught it as you were making it lol
this is interesting, you said about the floors being 7 blocks high on the ground floor and 5 blocks high after that, what sort measurements would that come out as in real life? a minecraft block is a meter by default but are you using a block as 3 feet or something like that?
Most of the time I just kind of eyeball it! Usually I’ll go with 6 and 4 but I added an extra block to each measurement because I want to make more videos about furnishing interior and wanted some extra room. Most of the ground-level stuff in Andea is built at a 1.5 to 1 scale, so 1.5 blocks = 1 m roughly.
Build one skyscraper or build a bunch of low rise towers?
Choose option two that's passive income 🧐
Talk about underrated!
