Dry Bar Comedy is amazing, for so many reasons. It has been “here for me” for years when I can’t sleep at night due to stress. I put it on and it relaxes my mind. I am so grateful for how often Dry Bar uploads videos ❤️
Comedians have the strongest spirits. Anyone who can make fun of their own vulnerabilities can handle anything.
Every time a comic asks a Dry Bar live audience for vegans to raise their hands, they are surprised that Provo, Utah is not where the vegans come from.

He was so good - that audience wasn't great though, but he kept rolling with it.
Beside the part with the pacemaker, bcs I got an hereditary teeth problem, I was at first an accident 🍾 but at the age of 4 I got upgraded on a "happy accident" bcs I saved my mum from dad's 🔪 & so the divorce transformed me into a "live miracle" so keep up the funny work bcs we are accident surprisingly for a reason 🍾😁👀! ✌️😎🔪✨

My test is generally “Well, is s/he wrong?” Real comedy has a bite to it sometimes, but there’s a truth and _humanity_ to it. There’s a big difference between “People. Amirite?” and “These people are bad.”
I didn’t find him particularly funny, but I think it was down to delivery.

People need to understand the true insides of a lot of comedians, they're typically depressed people.
Making others laugh and be happy can be a very tedious downtrodden skill. 😢

If young comics would leave out the "I go, she goes, I'm like, he's like, she's like, he goes" it would greatly improve the delivery. It's like listening to a teenager talk on the phone. Slow down and explain the story. I had no idea what you were talking about with the gym thing. Promising but not yet.
She wants something grass fed....but is a vegetarian.
I may rarely laugh... but this guy had to work way to hard for his jokes. His delivery isn't conducive to his comedy... definitely needs to work on that. For the style of joke he was doing isn't hard hitting enough... maybe he'll be funny one day... but today isn't that day

I'll bet those seats were "pleather" or vinyl. Advertised as faux leather. Hard to tell. And he disagrees about how animals are treated? Really? Vegans are the best people, I wish I had that kind of self control. They're fighting against the torture of animals. There's no excuse for such insane abuse and killing. We have healthier plant options.

@@bronweneckstein1863 With some products we do need to watch sodium & other additives, but overall a plant-based diet is definitely far healthier as well as better for the planet. The best use of land is another issue, but again, plant production wins out. The point was more the humane treatment of animals; our "factory farming" is literally a holocaust. The cruelty is off the charts. For dairy also.
My steak had a plant-based diet It didn't work out too well for it
Regenerative agriculture produces healthy meat that also builds the soil and can reverse desertification. Do the research. Animal protein. You're welcome to live without it. But do some research before you make a final decision.
@@bronweneckstein1863 You need to take your own advice re: research as well as pay more attention to the point being made. Vegans are the evolved humans actually doing something about the sickening holocaust which is "meat" production. And it's well documented that using land for plant production takes a significantly lesser toll upon the environment as well as our digestive health down the line.

NOT FUNNY AND RUDE. Needs to work on his timing and confidence. Poking an audience to laugh at your jokes which they don't find funny by intimating they're SLOW and don't get it is really pathetic.

You don't watch a lot of comic acts do you? A conservative audience gathering to listen to jokes should be more of a concern considering how low in openness they are. So this act just wasn't for them

It started out funny but the arrogant attitude killed it for me. So tired of the constant vegan jokes. I’m not a vegan and I did not find it funny. Comedy should not be about putting groups of people down.

I'm sorry, but he lost me at the beginning when he made fun of the one vegan in the audience. It's just not funny to me to insult someone. Make fun of vegans--of everyone in general--but don't single out one person who came for a lift for public humiliation.
