Hi sir , could you please confirm In the second alternative, when the book keeper is crediting deferred income for whole amount Then year after year, we will debit deferred income Therefore we can’t tell this as amortisation of deferred income As in the prepaid exp, when the book keeper debiting whole amount as prepaid exp. You told in that case year after year we will credit prepaid exp and it is known as amortisation of prepaid exp
