Subbu I like the fact that you answer people’s questions. That is very nice. I came across your channel by accident. I was diagnosed with a1c 6.7. I am not looking to lose weight. I am actually trying to maintain or gain a few more pounds. Your recipes are great. I am trying to cut down carbs. You have any suggestions?
