They thought they would get him on being over on any one of the axles that's why they had him keep pulling up they were checking his axles independently.
I wonder when they're going to start enforcing maximum number of axles? I know a number of western states have a maximum of two axles on your trailer before you have to have a CDL
It's January 24th of 2024 and I believe this video will have at least a million views by May. It's interesting. Your kinda rig is something I've always wondered about regarding DOT and this video shows exactly that. Keep up the good work... Maybe you should do a day in the life video sometime? Perhaps a series? 👍
GVWR over 26k just means you need a class B cdl. You have 3 classes of CDL. C,B, and A. Class C is pretty much the same thing as a regular license except you can get endorsements like air brakes, hazmat, even doubles. Class B is GVWR over 26k Class A is GVWR 26k towing anything, combined gvwr’s over 26k, or pulling a trailer with a GVWR over 10k. If you haul anything for profit, even in a pickup truck, your supposed to have a CDL. However I have never once seen anyone stopped for hauling with a class C load on a regular license.
Please make more videos. I love your setup
So sure that they were going to get you.
That’s for sure. Weight station was closed just for me. 👀
Since like this guy has a lot of knowledge on the weight class ,they probably thought they were gonna get ya ,but men knows his thing lol ,good job

Your very wrong 😂
Wait i always thought it was the combined GVWR over 26k that mattered. Is it actually what the setup scales at that makes it illegal without a cdl?
you can d-rate trailers
