Not really, every commercial airliner is automated by computer some ore than others but they don't go far off from each other. I like boeing but I also like airbus and if i were a pilot I would be happy to fly either one. In commercial aviation you are not following the flightplan by hand no matter what aircraft you are in. so no matter if you are a pilot of the airbus or boeing you are still a "real pilot".

Im a SAAB 340 co pilot and i think these are the goal of every pilot to fly these as the pinnacle of there aviation career other then the A380.
