I heard from lot of people that have appeared is that majority questions are based on limits , time limits and sebi penalties....is it true pls reply ......coz some of yhem has just referred hemant somani 80 pages notes ...and still cleared just need to confirm
SEBI is covered in video. I referred Hemamt's summary notes. From exam standpoint, timelines and monetary limits are important. Others are by default irrelevant for spom as per my view.
Pls share how you prepared SEBI..I was thinking of leaving it ..but want to cover atleast important concepts apart from time and penalty limits..it will be if great help if you share your prep strategy for SEBI
Hi, Even I had covered SEBI in a very brief depth. I had referred Hemanth somani's notes for SEBI and no other material. If not fully, atleast you'll ensure 50-60% marks from that
Very detailed explanation.. very helpful at this point of time .. but I still wonder what do you mean by irrelevant points.. can you be specific about it..? It would be very much helpful..
Thanks for the compliment! For the purpose of SPOM, anything other than monetary limits and timelines would be irrelevant from exam standpoint. As most of the questions were on timelines, hence penalties etc can be ignored
Please tell me ! My final both group are pending but i will appear only first group in nov 2024 then i could both set cleared mandatory or not before appear final exams nov 2024
As far as I know, it's mandatory to complete both the sets before attempting final exam. I'm not sure on this but can I feel both sets needs to be cleared to be eligible for final exams
Hi! Atleast 2.5 hrs of time would be required to complete law exams factoring a reasonable speed. So yeah, it's quite manageable to complete within 3 hours
1. Read only important topics but atleast revise 2-3 times quickly 2. In exams bookmark the questions which you want to revisit at the end. 3. Read the options before reading questions.
When you meant Hemant Somani's summary book were you referring to his MCQ summary PDF? Also where did you find ICAI case studies for law? Also wanted to know which exam center you wrote in Bangalore and how your experience was?
Good video you have great speaking skill..... Just one thing in the end of the video u told that u have studied only for 3-4 hours that too only for 7-8 days i think its impossible to complete the syllabus for first reading. Was this your 2 reading? Also u have attempt in nov 24 then how r u able to manage to make a video can u pls share how u study effectively😊😊😊😊😊
Hi thanks for the compliment! You can comfortably complete the syllabus in 8-9 days with average 3 hrs of studies. As I told you the paper will be predominantly based on timelines and monetary limits. So now you know what to study and what not to:) All the best!
Sir,Please reply. Can you please share Shubham Notes? Are Shubham notes and Hemanth Somani notes enough? Also what do you mean by irrelevant points? It would be really helpful for me as I completed IPCC 4 years back and couldn't prepare for FINAL and couldn't follow Shubham Sir's classes as I can't understand Hindi.I have to start studying from scratch. Thank you
Yes both the notes studied together are enough to clear the exams. Only timelines and monetary limits are relevant from exam POV. So you can concentrate on timelines and monetary limits for all the chapters. That will help in exams.
I heard this from a couple of friends as well. I don't think it's serious as long as you are able to watch the subsequent lectures. If it's locked, immediately write a mail to spom helpdesk.
Guys, have added SCPM Preparation strategy video as well. Kindly give it a watch!

To the extent possible. But only self study helped me.
Tell about scmpe also

No, not at all!

E-filing and nclt ,nclat do we need prepare these chapters? Ch -9 & 10 ? As the weightage is zero in icai pdf
I did not find any questions on these chapters. So you may just glance once to be on the safer side
Can we leave penalty and fines of directors and other companies act chapters
Yes, SEBI Penalties are important though
Did you study law first time in those 8 days?? Or have you studied it earlier also?
I studied for the first time
Can you please provide some tips for this module
1. Read only important topics but atleast revise 2-3 times quickly
2. In exams bookmark the questions which you want to revisit at the end.
3. Read the options before reading questions.
From where did you cover SEBI & IBC - Which revision videos and notes?
I referred Hemanth somani's notes for SEBI and Shubham Singhal notes for IBC. Didn't refer revision videos for these.
