Properties on acreage offer many benefits for homeowners. Firstly, they provide a sense of privacy and seclusion that is hard to find in more densely populated areas. The ample space allows for the creation of beautiful landscaping and gardens, as well as room for outdoor activities such as
swimming pools, tennis courts and even a small farm. Additionally, owning a property on acreage can be a wise investment, as the value of land is typically more stable than that of a home. Properties on acreage also offer the potential for self-sufficiency, as they can be used for growing crops or raising livestock. Lastly, living on acreage gives you the opportunity to enjoy the peacefulness of nature and the fresh air, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Art is considered a great store of wealth for several reasons. Firstly, it has been shown to hold its value over time. While the value of stocks and real estate can fluctuate, many pieces of art have appreciated in value, making them a good investment. Additionally, art is a tangible asset, which means it can be physically held and appreciated, unlike stocks or bonds. Furthermore, art is a form of expression and represents a piece of history, making it unique and valuable. Furthermore, owning art has become a status symbol and it is a way to show your wealth and taste. Moreover, as the global population and economies grow, the demand for art is also likely to increase, making it an even more valuable asset.

Any katana worth that that amount would not only be required to registered with the Japanese Heritage Sword Association but would also require care from a certified sword handler in order to be valued at that price. The most valued sword though is worth 100 million and was a tachi sword wielded by the great Fukushima Masanori and was possibly used at the battle of Shizugatake where he drew first blood....in the late 1500's!!! So that sword isn't worth 135 million. A sword worth that would be required to be returned to the nation of Japan for a variety of reasons and if it was a feudal era sword eventually captured in WW2 would require the Royal Christanthenum to be removed and that would devalue it tremendously.

The worth of any item is merely what someone is willing to pay for it. No more. No less.
