"Brand new Building, less than 5 yrs" doesn't make it a brand new building. Mirror backsplash in kitchen - doubles the appearance of counter clutter. Keeps talking about family with two to three children - where are they all supposed to sit? No TV or entertainment equipment, no dressers/drawers in any of the bedrooms, no usable desks in any spot. "All this space" - where, once you move a family in? "Assume this is the washer/dryer" - are you not prepared to showcase the property. Going to sound like a broken record - but this person is a professional realtor?????

But what are the association fees or are those not a thing in Canada? In America there are always condo association fees or some sort of upkeep fees that are totally separate from your mortgage or buying fees.
