FYI: For thos who are familiar with miniature painting this is probably an old trick but not for everyone...If you have to paint stuff like this you should push a paperclip pin in the underside of it and stick that into a cork (or first in the cork and then in this)..That way you have the cork as a handle and you don't have to touch the thing you want to paint all the time i.ytimg.com/vi/5gtCZA21IAQ/maxresdefault.jpg - like this...and btw; look at that gorgeous mini!

I have made these but I make a tin foil center so they are lighter, or glue them to hair clips if you want them coming out of your hair, and reusable.

What kind of paint did you use to paint fingers? I think regular body paints water based like snazarro will be quickly wipe off.

So I was thinking I could use latex and cottonpads to make a mount for my horns. Would this work?
I guess I need some strong adhesive if I want some bigger/longer horns
