I am very excited about this release! I ordered almost all of this release and am so looking forward to using them and creating! Less expensive than counseling! HA! Hi Debbie, thank you so much! I use “top coat” before and after transfer application. Any brand of top coat will do, but my fav is Minwax Matte Polycrylic. 🥰
