Who did you buy all these items?
Did they use the original dash which is only made for a single din or did they use a double din dash from metra scosche etc because I know what dash kit they use for iPad i’m just not sure on the the dash for the truck looking to do this on a gmc but need to know if the fitment will work with the original dash

This is sick, I’ve wanted to do this to my 02 Chevy 1500HD. I’ve been wondering where to move the ac module to get that bigger iPad in there. Looks awesome. Do they make the dash bezel for this iPad set up or does it have to be custom made?
I think there is a bezel for the iPad that the shop ordered and then they custom molded it to my dash. Thank you! Good luck on getting yours done as well

.. I have a 98 obs my bezel slider kit is all done painted but I can’t figure out a good solution too mount behind /recess the climate control or hide it .. most guys with the OBS trucks just relocate it in a custom center console
The shop just moved all the controls into there for me

Only one vent was affected and it just got blocked off

It wasn’t a kit it was custom done by a shop.
But the problem is what if the climate control were on the small factory screen how to control it on the I pad ? ( my car Lexus LX 470 2007 ) ….
You’d probably have to retain that head unit, maybe have a mount made for it behind the iPad and have the iPad slideable or put it in the glove box or somewhere hidden like that

Hey bro nice truck any info on your headliner also what muffler are you running it sounds aggressive and deep is it a super 40 or 44 and is it dumped sound bad ass on my surround sound and ear phones thanks man

I did my headliner my self, took about 12 hours. Black suede with a star kit that had about 300 stars.
The exhaust is a cat back 5” straight pipe with an 8” tip (everything is stock until the cats and after the cats it merges together into one 5” pipe but I want to change it out soon for true duel 3” pipes with 5” tips, no cats, no mufflers and some long tube headers)
@@Faix.Garage Kool thanks for the quick response the truck sounds great and the headliner looks awesome did u make a vid of you doing it was it pretty hard to do what all did u need to get and about how much did u spend on it do u think I can get it done in a weekend I'm pretty mechanical and don't run into problems I can do hydraulics and airbags on cars on a weekend I know that's a whole different level but just so u can get an idea of what I can do and I'm talking about put a 2 pump setup 4 dump 8 battery setup battery rack welded to frame and extended uppers 1" for less stress on front end and plate rear arches on car wire a switch panel with 4-6-8-10 switches whatever customer wants where did u order your supplies
@@chatobalencian1504 I made a video on it, it is on my UA-cam channel, you should be able to find it pretty easily. If you look on my page it got a good bit of views. I got everything off of Amazon, if you’re able to do that kind of suspension workand what not you will definitely be able to finish a project like this in a weekend. I did it in one day, start to finish, took about 12 hours. It’s not that hard it’s just tedious.

It was about $1500 out the door! I was stoked, definitely thinking it woulda been more my self! Especially since it came out really clean
