Sadly the themes for most of the things in Lobotomy corp are public domain/Not copyrighted songs. So this wasn't made FOR the game but it still was chosen for the boss.

It legit doesn't even feel like it in this case. It fits and describes everything with gebura's breakdown so perfectly. And there's something more personal about Tilarids' music compared to the admittedly very quality professional high-budget music.
Not sure why that would be a bad thing, but it certainly means something important:

IMPORTANT THING
so, someone already told you most of LC's themes are public domain songs
but there is an extra layer on this theme in particular... it is part of a collection of songs used for what is called the "Sephira Meltdown" or core supressions
there are 9 (technically 10 but the 10th one is long to explain and it really doesn't fit here) core supressions, and EACH AND EVERYONE OF THOSE NINE have 3 (with one and a half exceptions) different songs, the FIRST song is always Second Warning, then as you play through the core supressions, the 2nd and 3rd songs play... often with a special effect flashing the screen and sometimes with some extra sound effect layered on top (the song that has the full exception for example, always has a light rain sfx behind the song that is not part of it)
So... as you may have guessed this is only one of the themes of a core supression, in this particular case it is the last song of Gebura's core supression. The progression in this case is:

From here I'll leave a list of the names of each song in the order they appear with the exceptions clarified, please remember that each one of these starts with the Second Warning:

If you're doing Lobcorp Core Suppression themes, I would recommend instead doing certain core themes back-to-back.
For example, before Insignia Decay, there was Distorted Night. Listening to these back to back really helped drive in the panic that happened in-game as Insignia Decay would play.

Please do Sun and Moon from lobotomy corp/ruina!! its the final song in lobotomy corp and one of the last ones that plays in ruina.....id kill to see your reaction to it but i can't queue because thats Money that i dont have (for now at least), requests aside your videos are awesome as hell man.

WOOO it's finally happening! I adore the music from Tilarids that was used in Lob Corp, and have become some of my favorite pieces of music ever, this especially.

This song is used in the final part of Gebura's Core Suppression. I highly recommend listening to all phases as detailed in other comments (particularly Hokma's tracks, 090909090 and circle-rombed oxygen). Anyhow, elaboration on core suppression lore and my thoughts on her unique tracks below.
Core Suppressions are special (sort of optional) days where your facility management is screwed over by the Sephirah (leader) of one of your departments going completely haywire, functionally disabling that aspect of your management. Malkuth, for example, being the Control Team sephirah, scrambles all the controls used to manage your monsters (and eventually removes your cancel button).
Gebura, meanwhile, is the head of the Disciplinary team, in charge of bashing in the skulls of escaped monsters. Her suppression involves her deciding that *everything* needs to have their skulls bashed in, human _or_ monster. So, yknow, she's a rare case of a plain old bossfight in this game.
The first of her unique tracks, Distorted Night, is a slow, grinding track that starts playing after you beat her down once, only for her to get up again. It matches with how Gebura just keeps getting back up, pulling out new tricks as she demonstrates what full exploitation of the game's unique weapons looks like. _("Let me show you how to actually wield E.G.O.")_
Insignia Decay plays strictly in her final phase, when her mask completely shatters and starts floating around her face. Unlike in previous phases, where she would simply wander to different hub rooms until she sees something with a healthbar, in this final phase she enters a headlong sprint to destroy everything she can before she herself collapses, diving through portals at insane speed directly towards your agents, only stopping after the final portal to let off an explosion that atomizes everything (monster or otherwise) in the room. _("I'll kill all of you... Be torn apart before my eyes.")_

Essentially all of the Sephira Meltdown songs play when the character in question has a mental breakdown and start fighting you which is why a lot of songs sound very chaotic(Besides one character she kinda just fights you to test you and f*ck around)

Also as other comments said, the supression themes are usually separated into two themes, the playlist by eronaion usually meshes them well instead of this one you found that goes song by song
