Saddler had sent an old friend to keep Leon company after taking Ashley from him. Unfortunately, that old friend came to be a new enemy and one that needed to be dealt with rather quickly. Thankfully, Ada was able to assist him in navigating the trial of Krauser but now it seems that Leon's past is more connected to his current adventure than he initially realized.
