Hi Cess, I'm from western Sydney, Blacktown area. The smaller the pot in my arrangement the longer it stays nice maybe a year tops, but for larger pot arrangements, the plants grow fast and I have to re-arrange them or sometimes trim them in between 6-8 months, the more compact the arrangement also makes the plants grow slowly than usual😊

Prasanjit Datta hello, I usually spread slow realease fertilzer on my arrangements every 6 months, I only use slow realease fertilizer in all my plants in container 😊 I buy the cheapest slow release fertilzer and my plants are healthy and I think they like it👍😁
Hi Vic, lovely arrangement. 😊 for the sedums and the jellybeans did u clip off their roots? If yes then did u allow them to dry/callous over before planting?
hello Shruti❤️ I did not clip any roots, and if I did it's ok to plant it straight away, my potting soil is dry anyway and I don't water all my arrangements for a week after planting it😍 to prevent root rot .

Hello Maria, I use the cheapest potting soil in the market because it does not hold water as much as the expensive ones, then I mix it with perlite 1is to 5 approx ratio. A 1 bag(25 litre) of potting soil mixed with perlite I add 500 grams slow release fertilizer, I also buy the cheapest slow realease fertilizer and it works fine😊 that's the soil mix I make for all my succulents.
