Can we just take a moment to appreciate how mature Fidel is for his age. It’s so rare you would find someone that was THAT sucked into the MLM game, and he just listened, did his research, found out it was bullshit, and changed his life. The man is going places for sure.

I’m fairly intelligent, at least according to my school records, and I got sucked into Mary Kay because my best friend was doing it. I got out very soon after, but sometimes even those of us who are supposedly super smart and well spoken and charismatic still fall into these traps because we also need money and enjoy the social aspect of it. But the deeper you get in the more you realize it’s an absolute scam and super cult like and creepy

    • @xau5tinx1188

@@Catglittercrafts I got sucked in because my good friend said it was the best thing ever and made it sound like something that it turned out never to be. I ended up copy and pasting trades from the IM educators and literally lost hundreds from them. I caught them at times saying there wins and losses for the sessions were 4-0 at times when I witnessed them get spiked out and still counted as a win. You don’t make money off trading through IM especially from the educators. None of them are licensed and it’s all about recruiting if you want to see any real money. This is the definition and more of a pyramid scheme, I wish this service and platform be shut down immediately.

I have to comment on this!!
First I wanted to thank Marco for this video, and for exposing the truth.
So, I was also a part of the IMarkets Live in the the transition to IM Academy. I joined to learn how to trade the forex market but I was never really taught how to trade, but sure was encouraged to bring people in the Academy. The moment I saw that I was not learning from the videos the Academy has, I unsuscribed. Then I started researching and learning more from free content on UA-cam shout out to "the swag Academy" that just with the free content on the channel, has made me a better forex trader.

I have been approached so many times by people invloved in MLMs. It's bizarre. It truly is a cult like mentality, and they get so offended when you don't want any part in their nonsense.
It's funny and also kind of sad when people try to get you to join up and I know beyond the shadow of a doubt that I am far more financially stable than this person trying to sell me "the dream".
Even when you're approached by someone who "made it". There is no denying that there is a level of sociopathy involved to succeed within an MLM firm, Primerica, NYLife. Anything like that.

I was actually really close to joining but I decided to pass and just try out trading myself. After watching this video there is no possible way I would spend money on these scum bags just the fact that buddy was able to make his 7 year old son a chairman baffles me they deserve to be shut down as soon as possible. The law of attraction type BS is indescribably awful. “Just be positive and think yourself healthy!” It’s dangerous to push this line, especially when it comes to health; whether it’s physical, mental, or a combination of issues or illnesses. (Seriously, no amount of positive thinking will fix my genes and physical disabilities, or re-wire my brain.) Toxic positivity meets ableism.
I’ve actually had a therapist who pushed this thinking a while back, I was young and got a new diagnosis. (I think because ‘The Secret’ was big back then.) Even if my physical illnesses were “all in my head”, permanent ‘positive thinking’ won’t fix mental health issues, or autism spectrum disorder, etc.

If you are poor you are more likely to be all in and be desperate enough to not think too much before enrolling.

As a young black recent college grad I see so many of my peers who went to school with me falling in the trap. I have my masters and bachelors in accounting and work as a senior financial reporting associate at Prudential. My boyfriend is a market analyst at Bloomberg and my sister is a real estate investment analyst at Prudential. I’m glad I have people like them in my circle because we all laugh and see right through the bullshit. I make sure my friends with no backgrounds in finance don’t fall for the trap because I know the temptation is there with the psychological warfare. Many people went to school and got degrees that they knew wouldn’t lead to lucrative careers and are desperate for money, especially with social media culture and all the fake flexing. It’s disgusting how these people are preying on the weak and only leading them down a path to end up being in worse situations. It’s crazy the stuff I see on the daily on Instagram by my peers it’s so cringe especially because they act like experts in how markets work😭. I’m happy I came across your videos on this because I needed to hear what I’ve been saying from someone else! You spoke all facts and backed it up with receipts. I can’t wait for all this to get shut down, Black people are taking steps backwards with this like let’s make money legally and fairly! We can become rich and break generational curses through things like investing long term in an index fund!

The cost is a bit exaggerated for a BASIC knowledge of Forex.
