Exceptional! I’ve been playing 60 years . Could never visualize the‘ghost ball’. Tried every aiming system available. Your laser and dialogue have given me a different perspective. Eager to try it out !
I have to say that the natural explanation is what makes this video super excellent 🎉 i am very aware of the fractional ball aiming but i feel like i learn something new that i didnt know
THX for the video! split up the ball in fraktions, i think that may help beginners and some amateurs as an 1st optical eye catch help // for advanced players = thousands successfull hits with ghost aiming, this system will be "maybe" no longer important, because you´ll feel=know the right angle + correcting for speed, friction + strategic cue ball controll for at least 2-3 balls in advance... // aiming systems help for sure, but no guarantees ;) more freestyle combo of them
if i get the optical issue right... why do you think shots along the rail are eaasier to aim ( not using the rail), = some reference helping line for the vision... withot the helping rail, this other systems may help, until the own system develops... hopefully you´re doing only perfect 9-ball games
When using fractional aiming, when I'm on the table, how do i know which line to use? Is it just by practice and feel? Is there ever a case where I would aim between the 5 lines for more accuracy?
There is actually two more lines, 50% thin (tip just outside the object ball) and 50% thick (tip just inside). Best to use these as verification of your line. Drop in to what you believe, see if you are in one of those lines.
Question.Do you( yourself ) aim for the center of the pocket for every shot? Ex: a follow vs a stun shot? Dont these two types of shots require you to aim to a slighty different spot other than the center of pocket? I find that i do. A stun shot i aim for the corner of the pocket, not the actual pocket. Do you think i have learned the wrong way? Maybe ive compensated for some alignment/stance issue?
@@michaeldolan9657 thank you for your quick response. Ive been practicing the slouch technique (for alignment)and "foot under the cue" from your other video, and i cant believe what a huge improvement that has made for me. I can "now" clearly see the path the cue ball will travel. I am now more consistant. Thank you for your videos! They mean alot to me.

Superlike115, Nice sharing my friend Success Godbless 👍❤️

Agreed, nothing replaces the HAMB (Hit a Million Balls). Aiming system may be helpful go get you from 0 to 1,000,000.
This may seem crazy but I think It would be easier for me to recognize how much of the cueball is off the object ball than on it.
The best option is the one that works for you. Be results oriented. Millions of players on the planet, millions of ways to make it work.

Great question and it has alot tl do with you being able to feel the angle

For me Stun, Follow, Draw, adjustments are not necessary, left and right will produce throw and require you to adjust your aim.
