UA-cam canceled their slide show maker so that is what I am looking for now. Can I use this to do that?

Not only can I not access the transition but I can not access the audio for background music. Again, is this for paid versions only? I have made the video and downloaded it but I can not find a way to upload it to my UA-cam channel.
