I know the reason Michael's hair is greying is because Steve Carell did the part on short notice, but I like the in-universe explanation that now that he has a family, he's happier with his self-image and doesn't feel the need to dye his hair anymore.
Weird how no one is mentioning the growth between Angela and Phyllis. They were one of the biggest rivalries in The Office throughout the whole show and it’s so sweet how Phyllis carries her to the altar at the end. Very full circle and nice.
The thing I love about Dwight, he's proud of his weirdness. He's happy to tell you to grab a hook and hall your hay to the table. And you'll do it too. Because you love him. ❤

@@yannickdrmda5295 Well, I don't think you should love it. I know it works because it's an intentionally emotional episode. But they never, ever, showed any type of actual bonding between Phyllis and Angela. She carrying her on her wedding might be cute if you're into that, but it's completely out of character. As it usually happens in most final episodes, I may add.
Angela and Dwight were my favorite couple then Michael and Holly and finally Jim and Pam. I just really love the development and growth of the characters. The fact that Angela was rude and yelling at Phyllis and then realizes her old ways and apologizes is just beautiful character development. I love the friendship that formed between Jim and Dwight. It is incredibly beautiful. It represents TOTAL surrender to one another and the only way that bond can ever be broken is death. I wish more people would think of marriage this way and their commitment to each other this way. Marriage isn't easy, you have to work on it every day.
