Marcelo, I have the same problem as you, when I try to say the word " unfortunatelly" but some time ago, a teacher told me that instead of saying unfortunatelly, we could use the word sadly, this word mean the same, since then I have been using this word.
"...maybe you just need a beer..." She's right! A beer has the power to encourage us even to speak English more confidently lol
