- From the opening night of the Sandinista Tour in Barcelona on April 27, 1981. As noted, the footage doesn't start until about 25 seconds in. Also, I synced a better audio source to the video file. It ain't great footage, but it's still The Clash.
Topper killer , the most important piece of band.
CLASSIC MICK JUMP at the end!… class
I love the Clash
It's a great footage, it's El Clash, thrilling, unforgettable, the last heroes! Thx matedog2 and Happy 2012!!!
Fantastic! Amazingly rare footage right here, never saw this before.Absolutely love that song, especially live.

Fucking Fantastic ! Thank You !
THE BEST! EVER!
I do. When I have time, I'm going to get back into syncing some of the rest of it. I believe I had started working on Charlie Don't Surf, but there are two incomplete audio sources and the one that has Charlie was the lesser source. I'll see what else I can do.
when will you release more of the show? :)

Anyone know what venue this was and is it still there?
Someone said BARCELONA- they may have played Madrid 0n their 1981 european tour
@@frlango6082 Yes, it says 'Barcelona' in the video's tag-line but I wanted to know the name of the venue. I lived in Barcelona for a while & saw The Stranglers there & wondered if it was the same venue....I think it was called 'Helicopter' or something like that??
77th like
Sounds for George Floyd !
"Somebody got murdered
His name cannot be found
A small stain on the pavement
They'll scrub it off the ground
As the daily crowd disperses
No-one says that much
Somebody got murdered
And it' left me with a touch"
