- The 'QL' (Quadratus Lumborum) Stretch unsurprisingly stretches out the QL muscle (located between ribs and pelvis.
Really focus on active feet, the alignment of knees and the extension of the pelvis during this exercise. If you can't do those 3 things all at once .. don't do the exercise.

I felt that ! Thank you , felt a real difference after the stretch
That's the easiest ql stretch from a technical standpoint, other variations of ql stretches don't strength my ql as good as this one
