Hi peter, sorry for disturbing. I have a problem with assembling the E170 corolla cylinder head. The problem is, I am putting the cylinder head over engine block truly. But the front side of engine and cylinder (where timing chain cover side is) does not fit each other. That is why I can not assamble timing chain cover truly. When I try to assemble chain cover, there is space between the timing chain cover and where cylinder head and engine block is stuck together. Please help me.

the 1 NZFE engine head bolts are
1 22ft lbs
2 turn to 90 deg
3 turn to 90 deg
8 mm bi-hexagon tool
not all Toyota engines are the same
