The spines of the crews on these high speed offshore ribs may not agree with me, but there is a certain beauty and elegance to the way such well designed for their purpose craft move across water. It simply looks so effortless and smooth.

Proves my feeling that these boats are great for records but not durable partners for the Mediterranean unless you keep the speed down. But then what's the point of these. Great achievement but I would always choose another RIB. One of the Greek ones I guess.
@@eduardocruzo8607 Norway is a land of protected fjords. That's where these make sense. Norway also has lots of coastline straight into the North and Arctic seas. While I'm sure these are as good as any racing rib out there, you can't go all that fast regardless of boat. Many parts of the Med, while not commonly as rough as the North Sea can get, is still too rough for high speed rib use much of the time. There are nice, flat days, but also lots of days with 2m, very short and steep chop. Not very conducive to high speed running like this.

Really? they seem very tough in offshore racing.
I think there’s a reason multiple countries use their boats for their military, including USA. So these or some of the best boats u can find
If they are durable for the Nordic seas they definitely are great for the Mediterranean Lake.
