Hello! Yes exactly! They want to continue using it as their show home so they can sell the rest of the homes at Velaris. Once the buyer purchases it, Blue Heron will pay them $18k/Month for at least 12 months. Blue Heron will also have the option to continue renting it for two additional 6 month periods if they want, still at that $18K/Month. Thank you for the kind words - I’m glad you enjoyed the video!🙌😁
