- This entire week builds a Mars Uranus Algol (fixed star) conjunction in Taurus. This is powerful energy- especially for reclaiming. There is a lot to say about Algol and I just dip into it here, but with Algol we enter the archetype of Medusa and she is so powerful. Especially when we are willing to do the work and be with what she brings up in us. Indeed, in this week- she may be asking for a rewilding of our Taurus realms around 26 degrees. Venus also enters Leo this week which involves Pluto & Sedna. Lots to talk about!

You won't really feel Mars-Uranus conjunction until 7-10 days AFTER the aspect becomes exact. Note: this almost exactly opposes Joe Biden's natal Sun. Dum-de-dum-dum. I wouldn't lose any sleep over Algol.

On point! Wonderful analysis. Algol is a binary star and blinks red, btw. Root of the word Alcohol. Always think of the song 'gimme shelter' when she comes around. But alas I am a Taurus. Geodetically the conjunction is over a line from Ukraine thru Syria, Gaza, Sudan. I see horrible news building along that line. Uranus in Taurus tears apart borders.
Kamala Harris, suddenly in the news, has the Mars/Uranus sitting over her natal Jupiter. She may be the next US prez. She has my vote.
So I go against what you are saying about Algol/Medusa. Everything you say about her I agree with, gender wise. What we need to do is separate her from Algol altogether. The ancients (Men) looked up at the evil red winking star associated with disasters and tied it to Medusa. So for her to be free of the one story she has to be divorced from this star completely.
