Iron Heart Sent Me an Unreleased Pair of Vintage Denim! (IH777s)

- Iron Heart selvedge denim just hits differently when it comes to serious Japanese made jeans. This time around the team over at IH HQ got in touch and asked if I wanted to road test a pair of their tried and tested 777s, only this time in their 18oz vintage denim fabric seen on their other denim lines such as the 666s and 634.
It is woven in the renowned Shinya mills which is famed for authentically vintage style denims. The denim is woven under low tension, which gives it a slightly more textured appearance, as a result, you get vertical fading which is more pronounced. Once you put the effort in they fade with great contrast over time.

This is exactly what I meant with my comment in the previous video. This backdrop is awesome. I like the brick 🧱 wall and the inside shots( the small garden 🪴 is very interesting). Some video content will call for the necessary back drop. Keep up the good work 👍🏾.

Iron Heart, the best denim brand in my opinion. Haven't tried the 777s yet, but those look like a nice fit... I think that type of cuff at the bottom is called a pinroll. Great video!

Winter is prime time for breaking in jeans and life is short. Couldn't very well give up the best season for breaking in my oversized collection of denim so as to dedicate my time breaking in someone else's jeans.

Hi Cameron, great channel! Quick question, I also find the 777’s quite wide at the cuff but perfect everywhere else. What’s your opinion on a pair of PBJ’s that are a similar fit but narrower at the cuff? Thanks, Neill
Hey Neil, personally I would go the narrow leg opening any day of the week. It just feel right for me. Im always conscience of wide leg openings so i tend to try pin roll them. The IH denim is just a great all round beater though. I love wearing these 777's and getting them filthy. They look great. I would say go with your gut. What feels right is always best. Ignore what others (including me) say because ultimately you're wearing them so you wanna for 100% comfortable. Good luck mate
The cuff is called Pinroll or ""New New, NYC". The 18oz vintage denim looks amazing. I have 6 pairs of 777s in 14, 21 and 25oz and the slim taper cut with the low rise is just the perfect cut for me. They do look awesome on you IMO.

Totally unrelated to vid but, what size is your OD+SDA Noragi Sashiko Bomber, and if not too personal your height and weight lmao. Just bought the last size 38 on OD and I think it will fit from the measuring that I did on all my jacket… thank you in advance and love the new background with the trees.
Hi Luis, mine is a 40, though check the vid I did on it. That 40 is really fitted. Im really a 42 in it. and my original Sashiko bomber from them is in 42. I am 6ft and 80kg

You have to work out hard and develop your glutes...can be the nicest jeans in the market...but if they body of the person wearing them is flat..the jeans dont look as nice as they aimed to be.
