Now Madhouse can focus entirely on Tanya The Evil season two. Also, an Overlord movie is coming out sometime next year, so won't be without Ainz for long.
There will be a movie addressing the big arc they skipped over between this and S3, so that's a bonus, but S5 probably won't come until the series is done unless they want to space it out more
Funny thing about demon Renner, although she has been promoted to an Area Guardian within Nazarick, she is only level 10. Which makes Renner among the weakest members of Nazarick, and weaker than Climb was before he was resurrected. Also like Demiurge and Albedo she thinks Ainz is a terrifyingly intelligent being, because she thought him getting personally involved in that villain charade was his way of forcing Renner to take things seriously. She was originally going to slack off and pretend to be less intelligent than she was, but Ainz stepped in and acted out that silly part. Which Albedo warned Renner if her work is anything less than expected things could become very unpleasant for her
At this point, Ainz has hidden passive that the more intelligence you are, the dumber you are in front of him. I still remember Shalltear manage to guess what Ainz actually thinking by dumb accident before she takes her own word because of her religion "Sasuganism" in the way.
@@Observe-h1t It’s just hilarious at this point. I mean, sometimes he does think ahead but 80% of the twists are literally him acting out on his intrusive thoughts or being somewhere by total coincidence and everyone acknowledges it as his undeniably high intelligence and unpredictable way of thinking ahead
Funfact: Climb thought that the red Orb was Ainz his weakpoint (you know that weakness from liches) but Ainz didnt stop the attack because it is a weakness. He stopped the attack so that the sword doesnt break (because he wants to add it to his Collection. *Insert "A fine addition to my Collection meme.") The reason why that sword would 100% break is because that red Orb is actually a WORLD Item and all WORLD Items are unbreakable (unless they are a ONE TIME USE ITEM that is getting used).
Ains said "He wondered if the sword could break a World Item".. He stopped it for 2 reasons.. 1st didn't want sword to possible break.. 2nd because he wasn't sure if the world item be destroyed..
Fun fact : Climb actually think he can fight Mare , but he remember what princess Raner said so he choose to running back to castle, otherwise he will really try to fight Mare
Fun novel fact: Philip did not meet Albedo in the house. Instead he went outside and saw her, before looking around and noticing a forest. More specifically, a newly erected forest of pikes full of blood, with body's impaled on top of them. Not just his father, family and friends, but EVERYONE from his noble domain, be it noble or commoner, elderly or child were impaled on pikes. What Albedo said in the anime is also incorrect. Philip's father did not beg her to put Philip through the same pain as all they went through. Quote: *She had a fate much worse in stored for him, promising to fulfill a request that his own father asked of her before he was put to death and make full "use" of him by using him as a test dummy for her "information gathering torture techniques" for future reference.* Meaning unlike the lucky people of his domain who died on the spike, he will likely be kept alive as a test dummy for torture techniques. And considering Albedo is a heteromorph, they are pretty much immortal. Meaning he has quite literally an "eternity" of torturer ahead of him without knowing death's sweet reprieve. Its really a shame the anime has not gone for a full mature rating and is cutting out so much of the horror/terror parts.
A lot of dialogue & plot from the novel hav been deleted from the anime. Fortunately, I have read the novel, otherwise I will be confused if I only watch the anime
Ainz is a amazing protagonist, even though deep down he has his humanity, it doesn’t change the way he does things. Unlike other shows, if the protagonist was formerly a human or even a non-human to begin with, they would do things just because it’s the right thing to do. Not sure if you understand what I’m saying but Ainz doesn’t have those generic “I gotta be a hero” trope, which makes this series great!
He tried too but his racial skill says "no" at best he would spare children since they are innocent although not oftenly. But the best mercy he got is killing them without suffering.
"So I admired the dead, who had already died, above the living, who are still alive. But better than both is he who has not yet existed, who has not seen the evil that is done under the sun." Ecclesiastes 4:2-3
Those cubes require "sacrificial offering" to open for that ability to grant decision. She as princess scarified that orphanage by feeding them poison. She was able to change race after feeding those lives to the cube. Haven't touch how Climb would change though
Hello bro, thank you for the time and effort you put into making these videos, I've been rewatching the overlord reaction mashups on your channel starting from season 1 and I noticed that episode 3 from season 1 is gone, is there any way to watch it or has it been blocked by youtube??
If she were a Disney princess, she would definitely make the children who see her cry in despair.
I like how Ainz hit Climb's fist with his face.
XD
This is the first time I've seen this sentence used without sarcasm. 😂😂
It went by so fast, sad to see it go
Now I have to wait years for a potential season 5

yes, like every naive shounen MC who always has Plot Armor would think the same
