makam balaji, barbed wire for 2 acres will be calculated based on the distance of the pole. Standard distance is 8 feet for pole to pole. You should plan for 7 horizontal lines and 2 cross or vertical lines which is 9 lines in total. Each string of barbed wire will be 25 kilos. 6.5 Mtrs per kg is one standard and the other one is 8.5 Mtrs per kg. 6.5 Mtrs will be good for horizontal. So you can plan accordingly. Number of poles will be based on 8 feet each pole distance and calculate accordingly. Make sure you bring atleast 30 poles extra for the safer side

depends on feets. every 8 feets one pole. i installed approx. 400 poles. I spent 2 lakhs in 2017 for 15 acres of my land.

You missed one point,
You have to to put some concrete for foundation for each pole, otherwise the poles tend to lean sidewards.
That is optional. If you want to do it can be done. And i have not used any concrete. The information shared here is only per my requirement what i have done.
There can be many improvisations you can do after one stage. But idealising till that stage is what matters.

Bro, what is the cost and length of one barbed wire roll?
Usually it was coming with 50 kgs bundle. Now it reduced to 25 kgs bundle. Price varies time to time. So, please browse for prices. I have purchased TATA Barbed wire. It was affordable and reliable for me in 2016.

One disadvantage in this oreintation of dixing pole is we can easly cut binding wire to enter in boundiers then horizontal fix
Binding wires are not so thin to cut them easily. And if you think it's easy then use binding wire properly do that no one can move up and down.
Means i have rised question about binding wire will not properly fix on three side of pole, so tension created on binding wire be more and it not be able to transfer tension on pole so we can cut easily just by hinting on corner side of binding wire where the gap between main wire and pole

Chain mesh is required for people who has farming lands near forests or "forts". It is costly when compared to this.

Raju, fencing for 100 kgs depends on the quality you purchase. Rs. 82 per kg is the barbed wire cost so 100 kg will Rs.8200. other quality will be Rs.. 76. So Rs. 7600. Please do not purchase local barbed wires which comes for Rs. 55 to Rs. 70
