- I can’t believe it is my 5 year anniversary live out of my Jeep Cherokee XJ. I have no complaints live this way and every year that goes by life gets better. I called this my never-ending journey.

Who would ever thought I’d make it five years on the road? That day I close the door in my apartment was the day my new life started. So far it has been pretty amazing. Thank you so much for staying with me this whole time.
No way it’s been 5 years…😮 Been following since you were hiking around Harriman and the Catskills, still remember your final clock out and closing your front door after selling your possessions….loving the journey John and looking forward to lots more. Hope you get after some more trout this year, keep on rocking (and fishing) in the free world 🍻
I can’t believe it’s been five years either. I remember closing that door in my apartment and that’s when this adventure started. It was the best thing I’ve ever done. I am definitely not missing Jersey. Lol

And I totally agree with you about Covid changing everything,people seem to be angry and impatient the disregard for law and order now is off the charts,crazy ! It has been tough, but it beats being inside surrounded by four walls. This lifestyle is definitely not for anybody but if you can handle it, it is absolutely amazing.

Hey Rodney thanks five years is just a start I should be fishing Silver Creek this week. Silver Creek scares the crap out of me because the last time I fished it I was charged twice by mama moose. Not a fun experience.

Traditionally the Coeur d'Alene River is fishable mid June then we move down to the St Joe first or second week in July for the best fishing. Safe travels Tom
