i've let go off snapchat for more than a month it's truly depressing , it had made ppl so attached to it every single moment should be documented and sheared with ppl you don't even know sometimes , you start losing the joy of living a moment .
Same reason I gave up instagram.. I don't have to convince everyone that I have a life even tho I don't post it on instagram or snapchat 😂

I don't know why British waiters expect a tip when they get paid a good wage, unlike in America where they need tips cause they don't get paid much 😕
they probably get minimum wage which isn't a lot of money. Waiters need tips to top up their earnings. Especially in London the cost of living is high. I won't tip if the service is bad or there is a service charge but if you can afford a couple of pounds then whats the issue

Not being a buzz kill or anything Dina, but make sure you are careful with that phone case. I've heard that when cases like such break, the liquid inside is actually quite toxic and can cause you problems.

Fab vlog. I am glad you put up this vlog. It is good to see that a person has a bad day of feeling exhausted, lacking motivation, needing retail therapy or having a messy house from guests. As this is what real life is, sometimes there are bad days and good days. Please don't give up on vlogmas, as it nice to see you more in your daily routine.

Because giving a tip is an OPTION and it is their JOB (which they already get paid for) to provide GOOD service, not be extra nice only if you think your gonna get something on the side. Also, they live in an apartment with a baby in London (very expensive city). They are not millionaires even if they make youtube videos, so calling them super well off seems like an overestimation. PS. Waiters in UK are paid well, unlike ones in US
Because they don't need to tip. It's optional because waiters earn a decent wage unlike most countries. It's the waiter's job to provide amazing service and he was paid for it by his employers. Get over yourself. It's not that deep.

It's so true. I tried to take a selfie with my regular camera after using Snapchat for months and I was a bit shocked. I honestly wish they wouldn't change your face shape in any of the filters. It's really depressing.
in the UK - WE DO NOT TIP! Please get over it. we don't encourage tipping either. we don't have to tip. we don't want the tipping culture in the UK.

Beau Shiraz tipping isn't about being nice. in the US it is customary to tip. even if its a little. but there is a certain percentage you have to tip because its the norm in the us. not because people are nice. people live off tips. in the UK we don't do that. so your argument is invalid. people are writing stupid judgemental comments about dina not tipping. she doesn't have to tip because its not the norm in the UK. we don't like tipping. it gets annoying because we associate it with it being an american thing. certain restaurants that are american based do ask for tips but many people don't bother giving it. British people arent too fond of american norms. but these judgemental comments need to stop. Dina is British and proud :)

I beg to differ that there is no correlation to tipping and being nice it would seem more than a reasonable train of thought if someone went above and beyond and its in your means if you leave a little extra you are "nice". You carry on not tipping but if you ever serve me in a restaurant or drive me in a taxi I will have a few extra quid to throw your way. With regards to Dina, people's reactions may have been to the "flaunt of wealth" coinciding with the mention of not tipping. I found it hard to hear but each to there own

camelia salmi Because everyone gets paid an minimum wage. It's not like in the US where some waiters get paid something crazy like $2 an hour and make most of their money off tips.
In Canada the minimum wage is 10.85$/ hour . it is not mandatory to tip, but we still give 15% of tips
to the waiter or waitress because most of them are students and they rely on their tips.

I don't really like using the normal camera... it flips my face around and I look completely demented because my face isn't at all symmetrical, wrinkles in my eye make me look cockeyed and plus you can add filters on Snapchat straight away instead of going through apps when you do it on phone camera.
