Hey! Glad I found this video.... A quick question.... 1 Number and simultaneously ringing for multiple users... when lead1 calls to that number, user1 talks and again the same lead1 calls, user2 talks now... is it possible that all call records go to the lead owner inspite of multiple user receiving the call?
Hi man, thanks for the video. Do you know if it will also show the text messages in the CRM? Also If I automatically forward calls to an outside number, will it record that?
You're welcome - glad you liked it. With Ring Central, you can have the text messages show up in the CRM, but it is not a direct feature with the connection - you have to configure a Zoho Flow and create modules, etc. We may do a video on that in the near future. Not sure with the forwarding numbers; haven't tried it. We may in the next couple of days to test it.
