One thing I REALLY struggle with in Zoho CRM is that tasks don't have a time (nor duration). Which means they cannot be put in a specific time of the day. Since I use Recruit, Projects, CRM and have other events, Zoho Calendar (or any other agenda-like calendar) is the best way to organise your day. But since CRM Tasks don't have time or duration....they can't be used in a calendar!

True, I get you - you can add custom date/time fields to tasks in CRM to do that. Zoho Calendar is okay, but we've found it isn't truly integrated like we'd hope it would be - hence the reason for this video...getting you thinking about how you can leverage Creator to integrate (and apply color coding) to different apps...until Zoho tightens up their calendar...
