Renovare Oxley Queenslander Renovation at Kangaroo Point Part 2 March 2021

Jason gives up a progress update on the Kangaroo Point Queenslander renovation. Since the house has been raised an outdoor entertainment area has been added downstairs with provision for a large bifold door system maximising the indoor/outdoor feel of this renovation.
Downstairs will feature a large galley style kitchen featuring an under stairs butler's pantry. Upstairs will feature a second kitchen and living area along with two bedrooms and ensuites.
Lifting a home and building under is a great option for inner city locations such as this by maximising living space, protecting the heritage value of the home as well as giving great views and breezes.
