How to change a tire on a crf250l rally

Initially i wanted to try and convert this to tubeless. I am sure there is a way. Tape, some sort of caulk. But ended up just putting the tube back in there. One of the things i dont like is tubes in tires. Mountain bike and road bicycles are now tubeless. Why stick with tubes , most riders ride on the road anyway.
