I wonder if Prigozhin genuinely thought there wouldn't be attempts on his life after what happened. I still remember watching in astonishment as his quasi-rebellion took place. Wagner and Prigozhin role was deceiving Ukrainians into thinking that Russian MOD, regular units and “mobicks” are incompetent and low morale. A classical psy-op. Especially after Kharkiv retreat! Prigo constantly mentioned that Shoigu and his men are no match to Wagner soldiers and even after Wagner took Bakhmut he was saying that now that Wagner is giving Bakhmut to Russian MOD they won’t be able to secure it. Maybe that’s what motivated UA General Syrsky to launch that unnecessary Bakhmut counter offensive instead of concentrating all experienced units on a Zap front down south? Also if we connect all the dots: it does look like Prigo’s rants about “weak” RU army and the Battle of Bakhmut played key role in 1)deceiving, 2)pinning down UA troops and 3)delaying Ukraine's counter offensive (russiand had time to build fortifications) + giving UA false sense of superiority, Ukrainians genuinely expected that Russians will run just like they did near Kharkiv - but Russians simply did not run…

What do you think about William Spaniel's claim that Prigozhin dug his own grave by being too successful?
Spaniel stated that once Prigozhin's tactic of using penal battalions in mass waves proved to be effective, Putin also wanted in on the action too. Allegedly, Gazprom - under Putin's thumb - founded groups that operated along the same lies as Wagner, and Putin slowly but gradually sidelined Prigozhin and started diverting weapons and manpower to these Gazprom-organised armed groups.

Cryptocurrency Speculations: Following the crash, rumors emerged online suggesting that Prigozhin controlled a massive cryptocurrency wallet containing about 100,000 Bitcoins, valued at roughly $2.6 billion. The rumor is that 70% of these Bitcoins are stored in cold wallets, with the rest distributed between crypto exchanges Binance and BTC-W. If true, Prigozhin would be among the top five Bitcoin holders globally.

It seems to me, that Putin is not actually the one in Power, but Shoigu. **On this Note, a documentary on Shoigu would certainly be a great addition to this channel**
Let's not forget, Shoigu has been in the Kremlin for longer than Putin. And he has survived all the "Cabinet Reajustments", ever since.
Also, it's really odd that he hasn't been removed by Putin for his incompetence surrounding Ukraine, in particular, and the disastrous state of the Russian armed forces in general... with all the fancy Wunderwaffen having failed to give the Russian army any edge whatsoever (yes, I'm talking about you, Kinzhal). And having to rely on 50 year old tanks and equipment, because the "new" stuff is either not fit for service or too few in numbers. And it's not like Ukraine has received the latest cutting edge tech from the West... what it recevied is technology from the 1990ies (20 - 30 years ago). So how could Russia ever hope to match NATO when it rolls out their newest stuff?
And mind you, it's not like Putin is one to shy away from removing prominent people from positions of power... and / or have them suffer "unfortunate accidents", involving windows.
So... the logical conclusion is that Shoigu either has significant leverage or is the actual eminence in the shadows, with Putin being a mere figure head. Shoigu used to be a charming character, but he really has no charisma, like Vladolf Putler.
