Raag Todi - Ravindra Katoti - Harmonium Solo

Dr. Ravindra Gururaj Katoti is a leading Hindustani artist based in Bangalore. He has accompanied top ranking vocalists of the country including Dr. Gangubai Hangal, Pt. Bhimsen Joshi, Pt. Jasraj, Pt. Ajoy Chakrabarty, Pt. Rajan - Pt. Sajan Mishra, Begum Parveen Sultana and more.
Dr.Ravindra's Harmonium solo playing is marked by presentation in gayaki anga along with an elaborate exploration of the theme in lucid alap, brilliant layakari, and clear tanakari. Achieving volume control by manipulating bellows is prominently noticeable in his rendition.
In this recording, he is accompanied by Shri Gurumurthy Vaidya and the Tejas Ravindra Katoti.
