I’m a software engineer from Leeds and I’m always in the same ball park as this in terms of how much I have at one time to invest. I’m always looking at ways to capitalise on my skill set but I keep coming back to property. Rent to rent is something I’d not heard of and so not considered but will now look into thanks to your video. Thanks again 👍
